**Responsibilities** JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to perform complex customer service representative duties including but not limited to handling/processing in and outbound telephone and web-based interactions as well as written correspondence and documentation with little to no supervision. The Medical Transcriptionist transcribes medical dictation into medical record chart in proper format; records necessary identification information on all appropriate forms; routes transcribed charts to physician for physician sign off; prepares medical record routing forms for dictation; maintains documentation of daily work production and turns in weekly time sheet. Meets job standard requirements on a daily basis; responsible for keeping transcription current; performs other duties as assigned. Located in Hot Springs, AR this position is critical to the success of CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of CHI St. Vincent. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. + Three years related experience. Working knowledge of coding billing and accounting as it relates to the position is preferred. + Accurately type at least 70 wpm. **Overview** CHI St. Vincent, a regional health network serving Arkansas, is part of CommonSpirit Health.
