Now Hiring: Special Education Teacher (25/26 School Year) – Nevada

Location: Las Vegas / Henderson area

  Contract through the school year

Schedule: 37.5–40 hours/week | Follows school district calendar

Setting: Elementary, Middle, and High School openings

Pay: 

• Weekly Pay: $2,000-2,160

Your Role as a Special Education Teacher:

• Create supportive and engaging learning environments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct instruction tailored to students’ needs
• Monitor and evaluate student progress
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Foster positive behavior and student development

Special Education Teacher Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Nevada K-12 Special Education Teaching Certification required. 
• Proficient in IEPs, case management, compliance, and documentation
• Experience with students who have behavioral, cognitive, or learning disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., standing, sitting, lifting up to 40 lbs)
