Your Role As a Sales Representative, you will:

• Welcome and engage customers, guiding them through automotive sales opportunities.
• Provide prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that exceed expectations.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through trust and exceptional service.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, warranties, and financing options.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position Royal Moore Subaru as a trusted leader in the market.
• Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferred but not required

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales confidently and effectively.
