Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at Bill Hood Chevrolet in Amite, Louisiana. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced auto industry. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits package. In addition, you will have the opportunity to receive ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of our products. Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them in finding the right vehicle
• Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about our vehicles, financing options, and warranties
• Conduct test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership
• Utilize various sales techniques, such as upselling and add-ons, to increase revenue and profitability
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments, such as financing and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Attend industry events and training to stay updated on new products and sales techniques

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and trust with customers
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to work flexible hours
