Must reside in the Seattle WA area

Working as a Director of Retail for Providence-Morrison Healthcare will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! The purpose of this position is to oversee the Café Retail food services operation for the Providence Healthcare System in WA, OR, CA, TX, & MT, maintaining established costs and quality standards to ensure superior service and maximize profits for our Retail Dining. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Formulates budgets and plans for the operation
• Maintains and implements standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation
• Ensures compliance with all regional and account programs and policies
• Accountable for accurate reporting for the account

Preferred Qualification: 

• BS degree required; MBA preferred
• Five to seven years of retail foodservice Director experience required
• Healthcare, Sports and Entertainment, Higher Education experience in retail operations is preferred
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
