Salary: $180,000 - 220,000 per year Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Decisioning Architect with 20 to 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Pega Platform, Pega Process Modeling, and PEGA Decision Hub, along with domain experience in Billing. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success and deliver exceptional results.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
