We're expanding and seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team! What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality therapy and assessment services to individuals across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults) in a private, outpatient setting.
Develop and cultivate your own professional niche, allowing you to specialize and build your personal brand.
Collaborate with a cohesive, energetic, and supportive team of professionals.
Contribute to community mental health awareness initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
What We're Looking For:
A fully licensed mental health professional (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD).
A minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred).
Experience providing therapy in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings.
A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using EHR systems for clinical documentation.
A passion for working with a variety of clients.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation, ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, based on hours worked.
