Process work orders utilizing construction management software administrator, track capital equipment orders/inventory, maintain facility capital equipment and construction data base, construction project budget analysis/tracking, and maintain projects pay application. Assist with construction team process communications, reports for auditors, day-to-day project support with vendors/construction/administration reporting. Assist with maintenance of Security compliance processes and Lost and Found. Assist with regulatory agency compliance documentation and files of same.
