CNC Operator
– Manual & CNC

Full-Time

Pendleton, IN

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lathe Operator proficient in both manual and CNC lathe operations . This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint interpretation, and programming fundamentals.

CNC Operator Primary Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and CNC lathes efficiently.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and quality specifications , applying GD&T principles.
• Independently take parts from blueprint to finished product with minimal supervision.
• Apply appropriate feeds and speeds for various materials and machining conditions.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet precise specifications.

CNC Operator Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in shop math and trigonometry .
• Solid understanding of G-code and M-code , with experience in conversational and NC programming .
• Familiarity with Mastercam is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Must possess and maintain own set of tools .
