We’re seeking reliable Maintenance Technicians for an immediate opportunity in the apartment industry!
Experience with apartment maintenance and window unit A/Cs is a plus , but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
Complete general maintenance service requests
Assist with make-readies , including trash outs of vacant units
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues
Install locks, make keys, and replace light bulbs in common areas
Maintain clean grounds: remove trash, clean common areas, and uphold curb appeal
Perform basic pool cleaning and monitor chemical levels
Support Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with day-to-day tasks
Clean available units and deliver notices to residents
Maintaining the property’s interior and exterior appearance
Ensuring all community spaces are clean and well-kept
Promptly reporting any repair or safety concerns
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Professional, positive attitude
Experience in the multifamily/apartment industry preferred
Comfort working with window A/C units is a plus
